Part of my little new project.
Yu Yu Hakusho, Change of Gender.
A little joke in which I turn the main canon characters of Yu yu Hakusho into the opposite gender. That's right: that's not a Mary-Sue, it's Yuusuke. Just, as a girl. Yeah. Check my gallery for the lineart, and for other characters, which aren't colored right now, but they will be, eventually.
This is Keitaro "Kei" Yukimura.
He has issues.
He's the childhood friend of none other than Yume Urameshi, the most troublesome girl around, an invict fighter known in several schools. Yume likes him, and he likes Yume.
The problem lays in the fact that Yume is the dominant side of the couple. The only person you'll see Yume being flirty with is Keitaro, but this seems to make him falter. He is strict with her, always lecturing Yume about school and how immature she is.
His father seems to share the same opinion, ever since Yume first asked Keitaro to marry her (another reason for his issues, as he thinks he should be the one to ask). However, Keitaro's father is very aware of Yume being a good person, so he's never shooed her out of the small restaurant he owns, and in which Keitaro helps almost daily.
He is a kind-hearted person, though a bit naive. He doesn't think twice about standing up for Yume, though he's always a bit late, as she seems to be able to stand up for herself. Despite his goodie-two-shoes looks, he's quite able to fight back, his right hooks being something yume compliments him about. Not that he's ever fought with her.
And I had to change several things, as you just read. Because it wouldn't be nice if Keitaro went around slapping Yume, would it? So he needs to manage his anger better. And to make Yume suffer, he simply gives her the cold shoulder. Yume hates this, so she's apologizing in less than five seconds.
They love each other a lot. xD
